Last Saturday, February 6, brought freezing temperatures, but courageous Everest Academy families braved the cold for the school’s family sledding event. Celebrating families was the theme for Saturday of Catholic Schools Week. Families enjoyed sledding and warming stations.
Father Thomas Salazar, the school’s chaplain, and Rose Wieber, elementary formation coordinator, joined in the sledding fun as well.
