Methodist pasties
The Goodrich United Methodist Church is taking orders for beef pasties, which will be available for pick-up from 1 to 4 p.m. March 19 and from 10 a.m. to noon March 20.

Bingo carnival
The Brandon Senior Center will hold a fund-raising Carnival Bingo to purchase a new pool table.
When: 3 to 9 p.m. March 19, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 20.

Scouting for Food
Goodrich Boy and Cub Scouts are currently distributing ‘Scouting for Food? bags, and asking the community to fill the bags with non-perishable food items to be donated to a local food bank.
Please place the filled bags on your porch for pickup at 9 a.m. March 20.
Goodrich T-ball
Registration for the Goodrich Youth tee-ball program must be received by March 22 at the Goodrich Community Education Office at Oaktree Elementary, located at 7500 S. Gale Road in Goodrich. Players must be 5 by April 1, 2004 and divisions run from ages 5 to 14.

Digital music workshop
Learn the basics of creating digital music and enjoy discussion regarding online music stores at a workshop at 6:30 p.m. March 24 at the Brandon Library, located at 304 South St. in Ortonville.

Senior euchre class
A free class teaching euchre will be held at 10 a.m. March 24 at the Brandon Senior Center. Sign up sheet is located on the Senior Center bulletin board. Euchre games are held at 7 p.m. every Monday.
‘Books and Bagels?
Limited copies of ‘On Mystic Lake? by Hannah are now available at the Adult Services Desk for the Books and Bagels club, which will meet over bagel bites and beverages at 10 a.m. March 26. Childcare will be provided.

Prom Fashion Show
A prom fashion show will be held to benefit Goodrich High School’s junior class at 6 p.m. March 28 at the GHS cafeteria, located at 8029 S. Gale Road in Goodrich.
Admission: $2 per person or $5 per family.
Youth nominations wanted
The 17th Annual Brandon Groveland Youth Recognition Awards will be held at 7 p.m. March 30 in the cafeteria of the Brandon Middle School, located at 609 S. Ortonville Road.
