Buddy’s Pizza opened its newest restaurant at 5530 Sashabaw Road in Clarkston, April 18 and as part of the franchise’s showing of support to the local community, the restaurant donated all its opening-day sales ($11,174) to Lighthouse, a nonprofit aiming to solve poverty and homelessness in Oakland County by building affordable housing in local communities and providing people with the resources, relationships and skills they need to better themselves.
