The 52nd District Court has launched its new e-filing system through MiFile for all civil cases.
Civil files will largely become paperless, and all filings will be electronically submitted to the Court and accessed online.
The 52nd District Court is one of the largest District Courts in Michigan, serving approximately 75% of Oakland County, with courthouses located in Novi, Clarkston, Rochester and Troy.
