GROVELAND TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
OFFICIAL NOTICE
At the regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board, held on February 9, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., the following Codified Ordinance was approved by a vote of 4 to 0.
An ordinance to regulate the business of solid waste collection within the Township of Groveland; to enact rules and regulations for the conduct of such businesses; to provide for licenses and fees; and to establish penalties for the violation of the provisions.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and publication as required by law. Copies of the complete ordinance are available for your inspection at the Groveland Township Office, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, Ml during regular business hours.
