Impact volunteers

Volunteers are needed for Community Impact Weekend, April 27-28, to work on projects for low-income families, senior citizens, those with special needs, non-profit organizations, food pantries, and local schools in the Clarkston and surrounding areas.
The weekend includes opportunities for volunteers of all ages and abilities, inside and outside, including rake-and-run yard cleanups, letter writing to troops overseas, and food pantry and kitchen service.
Licensed builders, electricians, plumbers and other skilled trades can volunteer for the Repair and Run ministry, helping homeowners with minor home and auto repairs, but who are unable to perform the repairs themselves and can’t afford to hire someone. Projects are submitted through local religious and civic organizations.
