Kenneth E. Willson, of Clarkston, passed away at home on June 17, 2021 at the age of 89.
Husband of Lula for 65 years. Father of Karen (late Brian) Roe, Nancy Willson, Donna (Larry Chesnutt) Irvan and Kathleen (Mark) Farnsworth, grandpa of Eric (Stephanie), William (Cathi), Jessica (Alex), Amber (Edwin), Bradley (Ashley), Kyle (Jaimie), Samantha (Zachary) and Devin (Damian), great-grandpa of Symin, Kristina, Brandon, Samantha, Zackary, Kirsten, Aideen, Isaac, Elliott and Damian, brother of Audrey (late Dale) Kline and Elaine (late Bill) Franklin. Also survived by many other family members.
Preceded in death by his siblings William and Beverly.
Ken was a member of Oakland Woods Baptist Church and the Oakland County Sportsmen’s Club. He was Past Master of Cedar Lodge # 60 F&AM and Worthy Patron of Order of the Eastern Star. He served as a reserve officer with the Pontiac Police Department and Oakland County Deputy Reserves.
Ken enjoyed archery, coin collecting, roller skating and collected, repaired and restored clocks.
Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Wednesday, June 23, from 5-8 p.m. with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. Funeral service is Thursday, June 24 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Drayton Plains Cemetery, Waterford.
Memorials may be made to Oakland Woods Baptist Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
