According to Clarkston City Manager Jonathan Smith, the repaving of Main Street through the city is now complete, with the exception of some restriping of the crosswalks and parking spaces.
“Our thanks to MDOT and Ajax paving for a job well done,” said Smith. “Next up, Clarkston Road.”
Also from Smith, the city’s Social District Committee met this past week, agreeing to make every effort to quickly complete the remaining items on its checklist (primarily signage, serving cups, and trash cleanup) so that the city can officially launch the district.
