Inquiring minds have been asking what’s being constructed between the Chili’s and Tim Horton’s on the east side of M-24 in The Promenade at Waterstone retail center.
Answer ? a 5,460-square-foot commercial building, which will include, among other things, a BoRics.
A 1,050-square-foot BoRics Haircare along with up to three other tenants will occupy the building when it’s complete, according to Project Manager Francis Aragona, of the Clinton Township-based Aragona Properties.
‘It’s just small, multi-tenant retail space,? he said. ‘The only confirmed tenant I can tell you at this point is BoRics, but we’re working hard on getting the other few units leased.?
‘I’ve got another (tenant) that’s close. I can’t really talk about it yet,? Aragona added. ‘We still have space available.?
The BoRics will be located in the building’s southern end, closest to Tim Horton’s.
Aragona said the exterior construction should be finished around March/April. ‘We’re hoping to get tenants open around April, May, June ? somewhere around there,? he said.
