Jerry Winfield Moon, date of birth March 13, 1932, who lived at 1450 Kempster Street, Lake Orion, Michigan, 48362 died on March 25,2021. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Moon Revocable Trust, under agreement dated June 27,1994, as amended; and against the decedent will be forever barred unless presented to Albert Parker Moon, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is fbrther given that the assets of the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled thereto.
