Marjorie G. McClure
Marjorie McClure of Lake Orion passed away, May 19, at age 92.
She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas McClure; dear mother of Judy (Robert) Crowner of Caseville and Thomas H. ( Sharon ) McClure of Oxford; grandmother of six and great-grandmother of 14; and the companion of George Osborne.
Marjorie worked as a secretary at the Clawson-Troy Elks.
Funeral service was Friday, at the Lake Orion Chapel of the Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, with interment in Eastlawn Cemetery.

Kay Marilyn McVicar
Kay McVicar, of Lake Orion, passed away May 15 at age 69.
Kay was the beloved wife of Marvin; loving mother of Tim (Connie), Tracy (Shelly) and Tom; dear grandmother of eight; great-grandmother of two; and sister of Richard (Reiko), Eleanor (Jerry) Hurtik, Robert (Linda) and Jim (Debbie).
Kay was a charter member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Oakland County Sportsman’s Club and Den Mother of Pack #59. She was also a bookkeeper and an Avon representative.
Kay will always be remembered by her family as being a devoted wife and mother.
Funeral services were May 18 at the Lake Orion Chapel of Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home with interment in East Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Home and Hospice Advantage.

Glen Dale Kolongowski
Glen Kolongowski, of Ortonville, died May 19 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 59.
Glen was the dear brother of the late Roy (Carmen) Kolongowski and the late Darlene Jidas; uncle of Tracy (Don) Thompson, Melissa (Brian) Bolt, Colleen (Dominick) Kolongowski, Debbie Jidas, Donnie Jidas and Danny Jidas; also survived by many great nieces and nephews. Glen was a graduate of Lake Orion High School. He was an avid gardener, fisherman, pool player, and a former employee of Bueche’s Food World.
