The Clarkston Area Optimist Club is hosting Back to School Optifest on Aug. 5, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., from Renaissance High School, 6558 Waldon Road.
No admission fee, and the event will feature DJ entertainment, a bicycle safety clinic, games, bounce houses, hot dogs and brats, and a pie eating contest.
