2. Case #23-003, S&L Autobody & Glass, Petitioner, Requesting: A 2.75 foot side yard variance from Section 4.17(B), Table 4.17 in order to construct an addition on an accessory garage, 4712 Sashabaw Rd., Parcel #08-34-404-033, C-1 Local Commercial.
