Public Notice: Ordinance to adopt engineering design standards for storm water facilities in Oakland County

PUBLIC NOTICE

CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF CLARKSTON

ORDINANCE NO. 144

AN ORDINANACE TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE OAKLAND COUNTY WATER RESOURCES COMMISSIONER ENGINEERING DESIGN STANDARDS FOR STORM WATER FACILITIES.

The City of the Village Ordains: Section 1.01 To amend Section 1.01 for the City to continually adopt the latest version of Oakland County’s Storm Water Standards by modifying Ordinance No. 144 to read as follows:

SECTION 1.01

The City of the Village of Clarkston shall adopt by reference the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner Engineering Design Standards for Storm Water Facilities providing requirements, rules, and design criteria for storm water management as adopted by the Water Resources Commissioner on January 1,2006, and as revised on April 24, 2012. (Removal of unlined verbiage) (Add with and “as amended from time to time.”).

SECTION 5.01 Effective Date.

This Ordinance is hereby declared to have been adopted by the City Council of the City of the Village of Clarkston, at a meeting thereof duly called and held on the 23rd day of October 2023, and shall be published in the manner prescribed by law and shall become effective 20 days after publication.
