NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF EAGLE RIDGE AT MORGAN LAKE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board of Trustees held on November 15, 2022, the Township Board approved a Second Reading of the Amendment to the Eagle Ridge at Morgan Lake Planned Residential Development to add approximately 4.79 acres of land, including site plan approval of an amendment to the Phase 2 of the development consisting of 24 single family lots located on the south side of Maybee Road, east of Interstate 75.
