NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 50, ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 11.08 LAKE ACCESS REGULATIONS

TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF INDEPENDENCE, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board of Trustees held on November 15, 2022, the Township Board approved a Second Reading of the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 50, Article 11, Section 11.08 relating to Lake Access Regulations, as presented and directed the Clerk to publish notice as to the same.

A copy of the text amendments is on file in the Planning & Zoning Department office and the Township’s Clerk’s office and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
