CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.

APPROVED Consent Agenda as Amended

1. Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Minutes of December 19, 2023
2. January 2, 2024 Check Run Including ACH ($1,121,407.69) and Ratify the December 22, 2023 Payroll ($321,504.74)
3. Out of State Travel for Great Lakes Parks Institute (GLPTI) in Angola, Indiana

The following motions were made and passed:

APPOINT: Board and Committee Members Belinda Billings, Patricia Dreslinski, Ross Gallentine, Diane Kaszeta, Jessica Krug, Joette Kunse, Mary Beth Rogers, William Scarborough, Donald Tillman, Heidi Warrington, and Annette Zemon-Parker to the Parks, Recreation, & Seniors Advisory Committee

APPROVE: Residential Open Space Advisory Committee (ROSAC) Bylaws as amended to increase the membership to up to thirteen members. Up to one and not more than 2 members shall be a member of and serve as a liaison to the Township Board. Relative to expiring terms, members who terms have expired shall continue to serve until a replacement has been appointed by the Board

APPROVE: Appointment of Treasurer Brown to the Residential Open Space Advisory Committee (ROSAC) as the secondary liaison to the Township Board

APPOINT: Board and Committee Member Joseph Sucher to the Planning Commission
