APPROVED: Ordinance modification request received from Waterford Hills Road Racing, Inc. for the use of a Public Announcement System prior to the 10:00 am starting time but not before 8:00 am during eight Open Track Days as presented throughout the remainder of the 2023 season pursuant to Section 6-20(a)(3)(d); Duration of Operation
APPROVED: 2023 Budget Amendment #22: Various Cleanup Items as presented
APPROVED: 2023 Budget Amendment #23: Purchase of Command Vehicle – ARPA Project as presented
APPROVE: 2023 Budget Amendment #24: Bay Court Park Playground Entrance Sign as presented
CLOSED SESSION: Discuss Confidential Legal Opinion Pursuant to the Michigan Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268 (h) and MCL 15.243 (1)(g)(j) regarding the purchase of real property
