ADOPT: Notice of Intent Resolution No. 2023-008 for the FY2023 fourth quarter DWSRF water main project for the Charter Township of Independence as presented and authorize the Clerk to publish the Notice of Intent for same
APPROVED: Prepayment of the Oakland Macomb Drainage District Series 2020B (2023 Issue) Bond known as North Interceptor – East Arm Contract No. 2 in the amount of $371,452.00 for Independence Township and adopt Resolution No. 2023-009 as presented
APPROVED: 2023 Budget Amendment #21: Property Assessment Appeal Full Tribunal Litigation Expendes as presented
