The following motions were made and passed:

APPROVE: Resolution No. 2023-019 to Request an Amendment to the 2022-2024 Law Enforcement Services Contract with Oakland County to Add One (1) Patrol Investigator and Authorize the Clerk to Certify and File Same and Forward a Copy to Oakland County Contingent Upon a Successful Contract with Everest Academy

APPROVE: 2023 Budget Amendment #31 as Presented

ACCEPT: Proposal Received from Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Advisors of Auburn Hills, Michigan for Professional Services to Conduct the Annual Financial Audit for Fiscal Years 2023, 2024, and 2025 as Presented in the Technical Proposal and in an Amount not to Exceed the Professional Fees as they Appear in the Fee Proposal

ACCEPT: Competitively Bid Proposal Received from R.W. Mercer of Redford, Michigan for Professional Services Associated with the Construction of a New Fuel Farm as Outlined in an amount not to exceed $799,648.18 plus a 10% contingency amount of $80,000.00 for a total project cost of $879,648.18 and direct the Supervisor to sign the contract and approve any change orders as the authorized representative of the Township

APPROVE: Release of the Legal Opinion on the Moratorium Issue so the Public May Understand the Perspective and that it be Read Tonight

REQUEST: Supervisor to Reach Out to Neighboring Communities with a Tree Ordinance to Provide a Cost Structure and How Much is Spent Annually to Enforce the Ordinance and the Results there of
