The Board of Directors of Waterford Montessori Academy (“Owner” or “School”) will receive sealed Bid
Proposals for roofing replacements / improvements at its Midland and Elizabeth Lake Campuses for:
RFP NUMBER: 0423 / 0623
Bid Proposals will be received by Angela Relph of Waterford Montessori Academy, at 4860 Midland
Avenue, Waterford, Michigan 48329, on or before 4:00 p.m. (local time) on June 6, 2023 (“Due Date”). The Board of Directors will not consider or accept a Bid Proposal received after the Due Date, the date and time specified for Bid Proposal submission. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on June 6, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at 4860 Midland Avenue, Waterford, Michigan 48329.
Bidders will need to contact Angela Relph at (248) 674-2400 to schedule a walk-through of the project.
Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by: 1) A 5% bid bond or certified check; 2) A sworn and notarized
statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Directors or Chris Schoenherr of the School; and 3) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The Board of Directors will not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
The Waterford Montessori Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all
Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid Proposal (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
