Spring city sidewalk work is starting this week, with slabs needing replacement marked with spray paint.
Replacement of heaved and broken sidewalks in the city should start next week, said City Manager Jonathan Smith.
The work will not include the sidewalk along Miller between Holcomb and Glenburnie, which will be addressed during upcoming Miller Road work, or the sidewalk along E. Church over the Clinton River, which will require an engineering assessment, Smith said.
