Wins for wrestling

Bowling win

Clarkston Varsity Girls bowled in their first meet, Dec. 6, at 300 Bowl against Bloomfield Hills, winning 30 to 0.
“We bowled very well,” said Coach Jim Turk.
Ashley Elinski led the way with a personal high game of 257, and 188 for a series of 445. Raegan Barker bowled a nice game of 212, Turk said.
“Our next meet is against Farmington Harrison at Century Bowl. It will be a good match,” he said.

All-State players

The 2018 Division 1-2 Associated Press First-Team All-State football team, selected by a panel of 11 Michigan sports writers, includes Clarkston High School lineman Rocco Spindler, sophomore; and kicker Tristan Mattson, senior.
The AP Second-Team All-State, receiving two or more votes from the voting panel, includes Clarkston players Garrett Dellinger, lineman; defensive back Josh Luther; and Coach Kurt Richardson.
