Tournament champs a hit

Kramer Kamp and J.P. Budzinski dominated the Van Dyke Invitational for the second consecutive year – winning first place in their flights.
As a whole the Clarkston Boys Varsity Tennis team took over the annual tournament on Saturday, scoring 21 points and winning the tournament.
“They did really well,” said Coach Chaz Claus. “It was really a team effort. We won by two points. In this tournament you get an extra point for winning your matches.”
Also, taking first place was Doubles #4, Nico Nowik and Alex Richards.
“They had a really nice day,” said Claus.
Jordan Kincaid and Kevin Wieryszko finished in second place for Doubles #2 and Garrett Smigelski and Dominic Spadoni finished in third place.
