Wendy Evans will present a free talk on “The Art of Garden Design” at the May 1 meeting of the Clarkston Farm and Garden Club.
The meeting will be held at Clarkston United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. in the meeting room.
Evans will discuss how art has impacted garden design and will explore famous gardens from a variety of times and continents including gardens created by artists. She will take a look at the work of Piet Oudolf and his gardens on Belle Isle.
