Clarkston Area Optmist Club members spent the whole day, Friday, working with city employees and volunteers to install new playground equipment in Depot Park.
DPW workers removed the old wooden swing and slide to make way for a new swing and geodesic climbing dome.
They will spread a new layer of mulch on Monday.
The train and car playground sets are still being renovated and will be returned when ready.
