In the early-morning hours last Friday, June 4, the New York Minute Chinese restaurant, located at 9770 Dixie Highway near Davisburg Road, was engulfed in flames and burned to the ground, only the walls still standing. The cause is under investigation. No one was injured in the fire, and the restaurant posted on its Facebook page that “there will be a longer wait than usual for all orders.” Photo by Bill Foster
