Honors for art

Clarkston High School artists Kendrew Groff and Sam Moyet earned honors from the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center’s Regional High School Art Competition (RHSAC).
Juried by Sue O’Connor, the 2019 RHSAC exhibition includes 78 total works, selected from more than 230 entries, created across all mediums by Michigan student artists in grades 9-12. Of those works, 41 were honored with scholarships and prizes totaling more than $415,000.
