Clerk Barbara Pallotta is leading an effort to implement a township-wide content management system and transfer of online documents.
The Independence Township Board voted, Feb. 21, to accept a proposal by Hyland Software, Inc. for $93,360. The company will help the township implement OnBase, which will become the new Enterprise Content Management System for the township.
The board accepted a proposal from Johnston & Anderson for up to $1,000 to reformat online documents. The project will save the township $400 a month, which it had been paying to maintain documents in a previous system.
The Clarkston Chiefs Youth Football and Cheerleading program invites you to come out and learn about them as they get ready for the 2017 season.
The new parent information meeting will be at The Fountains, 6060 Maybee Road, on March 8 at 7 p.m.
