8. Motion: Acceptance Of The Consent Agenda As Presented Motioned by Avery Seconded by Fuller to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. All Aye Motion Carried.

9.a. Discussion: Election Updates Given By Clerk Speagle. August 2, 2022 Primary: Ballot Sample, Public Notices (Close of Registration and Public Accuracy Test) absentee ballot information. Hours of operation M-Th 9-5. Saturday July 30th 8am-4pm. November 8, 2022 General Election: Council Petition Deadline July 21st @ 4pm. Write-In Deadline October 28th @ 4pm.
