NOTICE OF FIRST READING OF EAGLE RIDGE AT MORGAN LAKE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL

TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF INDEPENDENCE, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board of Trustees held on October 4, 2022, the Township Board approved a First Reading of the Amendment to the Eagle Ridge at Morgan Lake Planned Residential Development, including site plan approval of an amendment to the Phase 2 of the development consisting of 24 single family lots located on the south side of Maybee Road, east of Interstate 75. The Board authorized a Second Reading, following completion of the required legal documents and review by the Township’s general counsel.

The motion to approve the first reading was moved by Clerk Neubeck, seconded by Treasurer Brown.
The vote on the motion was as follows:

Ayes: Brown, Ritchie, Fisher, Neubeck, Aliaga
Nays: None
Abstentions: None
Absent: Nallamothu
The motion carried.
