1. Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Minutes of April 4, 2023
2. April 11, 2023 Check Run ($753,994.25) Ratify the March 31, 2023 Payroll ($296,093.67) and the March 2023 Wire/EFT/Transfer Activity ($4,444,357.74)
3. Board and Committee Member – Safety Path Advisory Committee: Patricia Dreslinski
4. Resolution 2023-005 – 2023 West Nile Virus Mosquito Borne Disease CVT Reimbursement Program
5. Brady Lodge Rental with Alcohol – June 10, 2023
The following motions were made and passed:
APPROVED: Reprogramming of the Parks, Recreation & Seniors Capital Improvement Plan and 2023 Budget Amendment #17 as presented
APPROVED: Sewer Preventative Maintenance Services available through Oakland County’s Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract awarded to Pipeline Management Co., Inc. of Milford, Michigan (Award #005952) for professional services associated with the CCTV inspections of non-SAW Grant sewer mains as identified by the Department of Public Works sanitary sewer preventative maintenance program and approve the following 2023 blanket order PO for a not to exceed amount of $125,000 for payment of these services
APPROVED: Sewer Preventative Maintenance Services available through Oakland County’s Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract awarded to Pipeline Management Co., Inc. of Milford, Michigan (Award #005952) for professional services associated with the repair of sewer mains as identified by the Independence Township SAW Grant and for any unforeseen repairs as identified by the Department of Public Works sanitary sewer preventative maintenance program and approve a 2023 blanket order PO for a not to exceed amount of $250,000 for payment of these services
APPOINT: Derek Smith, Sam Moraco, Chelsea O’Brien, and Deane Hunter to the Residential Open Space Advisory Committee (ROSAC) for a 3 year term expiring December 31st, 2025
APPOINT: Arnold Luallen, Eric Parker, Joette Kunse and Joseph Sucher to the ROSAC for a 2 year term expiring December 31st, 2024
APPOINT: Cheryl Gianakos, Gerald Fisher, Kevin Bushroe, and Tom Pytel to the ROSAC for a 1 year term expiring December 31st, 2023
