NOTICE OF SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF EAGLE RIDGE AT MORGAN LAKE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board of Trustees held on March 7, 2023 the Township Board approved a Second Reading and Adoption of the Amendment to the Eagle Ridge at Morgan Lake Planned Residential Development to add approximately 4.79 acres of land, including site plan approval of an amendment to the Phase 2 of the development consisting of 24 single family lots located on the south side of Maybee Road, east of Interstate 75.

A true copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for viewing between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Independence Township’s Clerk’s Office, 6483 Waldon Center Drive, Clarkston, Michigan 48346.
