1. Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Minutes of July 25, 2023
2. August 1, 2023 Check Run Including ACH ($576,331.15) Ratify the July 21, 2023 Payroll ($369,026.57) and the April/May 2023 Wire/EFT/Transfer Activity ($5,876,247.25)

The following motions were made and passed:

APPROVE: 2023 Budget Amendment #28 as amended by reducing 101-371-702-000 (FT Wages) by $500.00

APPROVE: Second reading and adoption of the Amendments to Independence Charter Township’s Fire Prevention and Protection Ordinance Chapter 20, Article III, Section 56-59, and direct the Township Clerk to publish said Ordinance in accordance with State law

ADOPT: Resolution No. 2023-016 to approve the 2023 Interim Local Transportation Reimbursement Program Interlocal Agreement between Oakland County and Charter Township and authorize the Township Supervisor to sign the Agreement and the Township Clerk to certify and file same
