The Board of Directors of
Waterford Montessori Academy (“Owner” or “School”) will receive sealed Bid Proposals for:
RFP NUMBER: 1021
Bid Proposals will be received by Jeremy Gilliam of Waterford Montessori Academy, at 4860 Midland Avenue, Waterford, MI, 48328, on or before 4:00 p.m. (local time) on December 1, 2021 (“Due Date”). The Board of Directors will not consider or accept a Bid Proposal received after the Due Date, the date and time specified for Bid Proposal submission. Bid Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on December 1, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at 4860 Midland Avenue, Waterford, Michigan 48329.
Bidders will need to contact Jeremy Gilliam at (248) 674-2400 to schedule a walk-through of the project.
Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the contractor and any member of the Board of Directors or Jeremy Gilliam of Waterford Montessori Academy. The Board of Directors will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
Each Bid Proposal must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. The Board of Directors will not accept a Bid Proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized statement.
The Waterford Montessori Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid Proposal (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
