Canadian National (CN) railroad will close a section of White Lake Road just north of Andersonville Road in Independence Township to through traffic beginning Monday, June 5, for railroad crossing repair work.
The detour for vehicle traffic is Clement Road to Andersonville Road, back to White Lake Road and
vice versa. The detour for truck traffic is Andersonville Road to Dixie Highway, back to White Lake Road and vice
versa.
CN is expected to conclude the repair work on Friday, June 9. White Lake Road carries approximately
17,800 vehicles daily.
