Michigan State University student Caitlin “CJ” Sivak will be helping the city of Clarkston on a project to analyze the data captured by electronic speed signs on Holcomb Road and, soon, on Main Street.
Sivak, who is pursuing a degree in Urban Transportation, will be summarizing the numbers to help city officials better understand speed patterns and to help make decisions to better reduce speeding and increase pedestrian safety.
