The Clarkston Community Historical Society presents the third annual Millpond Porchfest, 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, June 23.
Nine bands will perform on eight porches of historic homes around the Clarkston Mill Pond on Main, Miller, Holcomb and Washington streets. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, stroll around the pond, and enjoy the music.
Performers will include Dumb and Drummer, Mountain Echo Dulcimers, Pat Cooper Irish Band, Mel Graham, The Hustlers, Chris Himburg, The Other Guys, the N-Dog Band and the OverTime Quartet.
On-street and public lot parking is available; parking in homeowners’ driveways is not permitted. Grilled hot dogs, drinks and snacks will be available for purchase on Main Street.
Maps of porches and performers will be available at Main and Washington.
