Clarkston’s Frank Morse ventured to Hamilton, Ohio, on Oct. 8 for Operation Pumpkin 2022, an event that brings pumpkin growers from all over the country. While some preparatory steps for the repaving of Clarkston Road have begun, the actual paving work was scheduled to occur on a Saturday or Sunday in early October, according to Clarkston City Manager Jonathan Smith, who said he will send out a notification as soon as he hears firm timing.
