Independence Township death

Deputies and the Independence Township Fire Department responded to the 5000 block of Algonquin Boulevard, March 16, on the report of a male subject who had shot himself. Deputies determined the 65-year-old Independence Township man was obviously deceased. Paramedics sent telemetry to McLaren Clarkston Hospital where a physician pronounced the subject deceased.
